My name is Richard Cullen and I run 'Family Financial Services' based in sunny West Sussex.

The whole focus of my practice is to make sure families, at all stages of life's journey are given excellent independent advice, so they are more financially secure and able to focus on living.

Our next step is to meet without cost or obligation, and have a friendly conversation. As your equity release advisor, I will give you the information you need to help decide, if equity release is right for you.

If equity release is not right for you, then I may be able to help you with alternatives, as I am not just a 'one trick pony'.

If equity release is the right option and you wish to continue, then;

• I will support you and recommend the best product that complies with 'The Equity Release Council' standards,
• Compile and send your application to the selected provider,
• Monitor your applications progress, and give you regular updates to completion.

Once you have your funds released, then I will keep in touch according to your wishes, and assist you in the future as needed.
